Advertising Your Property: Together, we will design an advertising strategy that fits your budget. This can include signage, internet marketing, newspaper ads and/or flyers.

Showing Your Property: All calls come to us. Your property will be shown by appointment at the prospective Tenant’s convenience, including weekends.

Tenant Screening: CPM will conduct a Credit Check, Court & Eviction Search and references will be verified. The cost of the application is passed directly onto the applicant. CPM complies with fair housing laws.

Lease Preparation: CPM will initiate the lease agreement, complete the move-in inspection and add addendums to your specific requests. Documents are forwarded to the Owner who serves as the landlord moving forward.
