It is with great pleasure we tell you about our experience with Capital Property Management. We were referred to Andrea's company and are very thankful for that. 
She advertised, screened and accepted tenants who are responsible, and pay their rent promptly. We are in the process of improving our rental and they see that appointments are made at our tenants' convenience without ruffling feathers. They deposit our portion of the rent directly into our account, and all we have to do is print out a monthly ledger sheet to see transactions on our property.
Andrea is never too busy to answer any of our first-time rental questions. We recommend her highly and know that you will be as pleased as we are when you choose her for your Property Manager.
